Outdoors, the infinity-style pool and wraparound deck invite you to unwind while gazing across the Indian Ocean. Covered seating, sun loungers and an outdoor shower complete the setting. Reverse-cycle ducted air conditioning ensures year-round comfort, whether enjoying summer swims, cosy winter evenings or seasonal whale watching from the deck.
The master suite features a king bed, walk-in robe and ensuite, with sea views from both bedroom and bathroom. A second queen bedroom, a twin single room and a family-friendly bunk room (double with single overhead) provide flexible accommodation. The main bathroom includes a bath, shower and integrated laundry. A grassed front area and driveway parking (please note the driveway is steep) complete the property.

Managed by Beachhouse Holidays, the home offers premium linens, elevated amenities and a high standard of presentation for an exceptional guest experience. Linen is included (portacot and high chair available upon request).

Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, including all living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, gardens and the pool which is solar-heated during the warmer summer months. The property is fully yours to enjoy, offering privacy, comfort and space to relax. Positioned along the iconic Cape to Cape track, the home is perfectly located for coastal day walks or for those undertaking the full five- to seven-day trail.
Baudin Beach House is set within a peaceful coastal community where natural beauty and quiet surroundings are part of its charm. We kindly ask all guests to respect our neighbours and the tranquillity of the area. Parties, events, loud music and gatherings beyond the approved six registered guests are not permitted.
This home is designed for relaxed coastal stays — long lunches, sunset drinks and quality time — and we appreciate your support in maintaining the calm, respectful atmosphere that makes this special corner of Gnarabup so enjoyable for all.
To help maintain the calm atmosphere of the area, quiet hours apply from 9:00pm onwards. Parties, events, loud music and gatherings exceeding the approved six registered guests are strictly not permitted. As this is a residential neighbourhood, any complaints from neighbours regarding noise may result in having the booking being reviewed.

Booking Information
Minimum stay is 2 nights or 7 nights over the Christmas period (22 Dec – 7 Jan) unless there is a gap between bookings, then we will accept a 3-night booking.
Tariff is based on an average 6 person stay.
Children 2 years and under stay FREE – portacot & high chair upon request
There is a standard linen and cleaning fee.
We can accommodate only up to 6 guests.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately. Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
