We are delighted to announce that our residence is now eco-friendly. We have embraced the complete ‘Plico’ solar and power storage system, incorporating cutting-edge solar battery inverter technology. This system allows us to power our home around the clock, utilizing stored energy and preventing disruptions during blackouts.

For most of our water supply, we rely on a rainwater tank, contributing to water conservation efforts and supporting our community.

Designed by a prominent local architect, our home is a masterpiece of elegance. Adorned with a curated collection of fine artworks and furnishings, the house offers a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor dining experiences. The state-of-the-art kitchen, designed specifically for entertaining, serves as the focal point between the sophisticated dining area and the main lounge. Here, you’ll find a flat-screen TV, modular leather seating, ceiling fans, and a cozy log fire to enhance your overall comfort.

Ascend the brushed aluminium and Marri wood spiral staircase, and on the upper floor, discover an additional lounge area adorned with an antique Chinese daybed. Slide open the glass doors to reveal a shared viewing terrace, complete with outdoor lounge and dining spaces. This vantage point offers the perfect setting to savour our breathtaking sunsets and gaze at the stars while enjoying a few glasses of our local wine.

This splendid residence comfortably accommodates six individuals in three master bedrooms, each equipped with reverse cycle air-conditioning. Every bedroom boasts its own en-suite bathroom featuring a shower, and one includes a spa bath for added luxury.

The main floor boasts a king master bedroom with an ensuite for added privacy. The second bedroom on this level offers the flexibility of a king-size bed or two singles. Ascend to the upper level, where two spacious bedrooms await – one with a king-size bed with ensuite and sliding door to the outside deck. The other with a queen-size bed and serene ocean views, while featuring a charming window seat.

The rear of the property unfolds across three levels of thoughtful landscaping. The first level hosts the outdoor lounge and dining area, seamlessly extending from the main interior space. The level below features an outdoor shower, trampoline, lawn, and a blissful hammock. Finally, at the bottom of the property, discover the resort-style swimming pool complete with a Balinese bale, all enveloped by bamboo and impeccably manicured gardens.

Booking Information

Minimum stay is 3 nights or 7 nights over the Christmas period (22 Dec – 7 Jan) unless there is a gap between bookings, then we will accept a 3-night booking.

Tariff is based on an average 6 person stay.

We can accommodate only up to 6 guests.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.

Pet Friendly Rule

We ask that you don’t leave your pet at the house on their own.

We have found that when dogs are left alone at an unfamiliar house it can cause them stress. The pets have often ended up barking continually upsetting the residing neighbours and jeopardising our ability to allow your them to stay at our home. Fortunately, we have a local business called ‘Margaret River, All 4 Pets, Pet Sitting Service’, see their facebook page or ring 0439 682 906.
