We are happy to confirm that our home has gone ‘green‘. We have the complete ‘Plico’ solar and power storage system set up with solar battery inverter technology – we power our home day and night from stored energy and avoid blackouts.
Our water is supplied by our rainwater tank. This is a great way to help conserve water and to do our bit to help our community.
The house is elegantly designed by a renowned local architect and tastefully styled with a collection of fine artworks and furnishings. Enjoy indoor & outdoor dining with a state-of-the-art kitchen crafted especially for entertaining. The kitchen sits between the elegant dining area and the main lounge with flat screen TV, modular leather seating, ceiling fans and log fire.
On climbing the brushed aluminium and Marri wood spiral staircase, upstairs you’ll find another lounge area featuring an antique Chinese daybed and an astronomical telescope. The sliding glass doors open up to a communal viewing terrace with an outdoor lounge and dining areas. Here you can enjoy our spectacular sunsets and stars over a few glasses of our local wine. This fabulous home accommodates 6 in the form of 3 master bedrooms, all with reverse cycle air-conditioning, their own en-suite bathroom with shower and one with a spa bath.
On the ground floor is the king bedroom able to be made up with a king size bed or two singles. Upstairs are 2 large bedrooms one with a king size bed and the other a queen size bed & cosy window seat. Each bedroom is individually styled and enjoy relaxing ocean views. The rear of the property has been landscaped into 3 levels – the outdoor lounge/ dinging area off the inside main level. On the next level down is the outdoor shower, trampoline, lawn and hammock. Then at the bottom of the property is the resort style swimming pool with Balinese bale surrounded by bamboo and manicured gardens.
Minimum stay is 3 nights or 7 nights over the Christmas period (22 Dec – 7 Jan) unless there is a gap between bookings, then we will accept a 3-night booking.
Tariff is based on an average 6 person stay.

We can accommodate only up to 6 guests.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately. Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.

Pet Friendly Rule
We ask that you don’t leave your pet at the house on their own.
We have found that when dogs are left alone at an unfamiliar house it can cause them stress. The pets have often ended up barking continually upsetting the residing neighbours and jeopardising our ability to allow your them to stay at our home. Fortunately, we have a local business called ‘Margaret River, All 4 Pets, Pet Sitting Service’, see their facebook page or ring 0439 682 906.
