The timber kitchen and dining area is well equipped and contain a gas cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and numerous utensils, pots, pans, and cooking equipment.
There are four bedrooms, 1 x King size, 2x queen size and 1 x double/single bunk combination. All beds have electric blankets for your winter comfort. Three bedrooms are located upstairs with a new bathroom, large family area and balcony overlooking the town ship and valley of Margaret River. The rambling gardens are a mixture of native and exotic plantings featuring several large trees that are native to the South West. The large wrought iron outdoor table is perfect for outdoor entertaining and it is common to view an abundance of birdlife that inhabit this area neighbouring Margaret River and its native forests throughout the day. Whilst in the early evening the white-tailed bandicoot might be sighted.
