Perfect for families and groups, the home comfortably sleeps up to six guests across four well-appointed bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, including an ensuite to the primary bedroom. Enjoy two spacious living areas, each with large smart TVs, along with a cosy wood fire and a Marshall Bluetooth speaker.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for cooking and entertaining, complemented by two indoor dining areas and a dedicated kids’ activity table. Outdoors, the home offers two furnished terraces: the upper terrace features sun loungers, a full-size BBQ, dining table and daybed, while the lower terrace includes a dining table, ambient evening lighting and views over the front garden. An outdoor shower is also available.
Additional amenities include a laundry with washer and dryer, a separate toilet, secure double garage parking plus driveway space, and plenty of grassy outdoor areas for children to play.
Booking Information
Minimum stay is 3 nights or 7 nights over the Christmas period (22 Dec – 7 Jan) unless there is a gap between bookings, then we will accept a 3-night booking.
Tariff is based on an average 6 person stay.

We can accommodate only up to 6 guests.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately. Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
