Dolphin House is the perfect location to take advantage of all the region has to offer while situated next our fabulous coastline. This is a fully self-contained holiday home, a great base for your stay in the region.
This beach house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can sleep up to 8 guests. The bed configuration is 1 king, 2 queens and 2 single beds. The upstairs area is an open planned living space which steps out onto a large BBQ deck wrapping around the house. This is a great area for entertaining or just relaxing at the end of the day. The kitchen has modern cooking facilities and is completely self-contained. Down stairs you will find a second lounge area/ theatre room, a very private king bedroom with an en suite.
Enjoy a stroll to family and surf beaches, sample the fantastic cuisine at our local restaurants and beach cafes, explore many world class wineries, or tee up to have a round of golf at our picturesque course just 5 minutes away. The wineries and other local attractions are only a short drive from Dolphin House. Ensure you make a trip to the township of Margaret River, only 12 kms drive, where you can find a great variety of local shops, gourmet foods and restaurants.
Booking Information
Minimum stay is 2 nights or 7 nights over the Christmas period (17 Dec – 2 Jan) unless there is a gap between bookings, then we will accept a 3-night booking.
Tariff is based on an average 8 person stay.
Children 2 years and under stay FREE – portacot & high chair available upon request.
There is a standard linen and cleaning fee of $400
Sleeps up to 8 guests.
